“Delays in getting my car to the repair centre – insurer delay not repair centre. Once car booked to go to Turners I had communication immediately from them in regards to them collecting my car and once they had it, I again had very regular communication with them regarding repairs and a time frame. When the car was ready for collection, they offered for me to collect from there and they would keep the courtesy car for collection or could deliver back to my home address which was really useful. I can’t fault the repairs everything looks and is working brilliantly since collection – including the car being cleaned inside and out. They also offered to make some other repairs (brake pads) emailing me with a price and imaging asking if I wanted to this be done there also. Great service.”
