With our state of the art workshops we have the very latest equipment and technologies to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as soon as possible.

Our facilities enable us to repair all vehicle types from cars to light commercial vehicles in a safe, protected environment. Holding BS 10125, all of our technicians are fully IMI or NVQ accredited and pride themselves on the quality and speed of repairs.

Assessment & Estimating

Vehicle Repair Assessments and Estimating

The damage on your vehicle will be assessed by one of our experienced and qualified assessors and an estimate will be provided for the repair work required. If your repairs are being paid for by your insurer or your vehicle is part of a corporate fleet, then we will obtain the relevant approvals on your behalf required for the repairs to commence.

We may ask you to provide pictures of the damage sustained on your vehicle before we see it in order

Request Estimate

Repair

Once the estimate for your repair has been authorised we’ll carry out the necessary repairs as quickly as possible to get you back on the road and we’ll give you an estimated completion date for the repairs. We actively promote a repair over replace methodology, but where parts are required we use insurance company-approved parts which are covered by warranty.

Refinishing

The paint work is your vehicles skin and it’s not there just to make your vehicle look good, it also helps to protect the underlying materials from the elements.
Our expert refinishers can mix paints to create over 100,000 different colours meaning that we can get your repaired parts looking at good as new and our specialised spray booths give our technicians a clean and safe environment to refinish to the highest of quality.

Courtesy Cars

Here at Turners we have a fleet of courtesy cars available at each branch ready for all our customers to use. If your insurance policy includes the use of a courtesy vehicle then this will be as per the terms and conditions of your policy, and you will be automatically insured, but if you don’t have this cover included on your insurance policy then we can still provide you with a vehicle, subject to availability, but you will need to organise your own insurance to cover the use of this vehicle.

Collection & Delivery

Turners Accident Repair Offer Free Collection & Delivery Service

We offer a free collection and delivery service if your vehicle in not driveable, or you don’t feel comfortable in doing so, then we can collect your vehicle from you and return it on completion of the repairs.

We have invested heavily in the very latest equipment and technologies to get your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, we have an oven height of 10ft and expertise and equipment to weld boron steel, high strength steels and all types of fibreglass and plastics, meaning we are able to repair anything from passenger vehicles to light commercial vehicles.
